Launches will wait for an Owner
Today. Each Workspace has Owners and Members. Owners invite people, change roles and connect Meta Ads with read access.
Next. When publishing opens, a Member will prepare an Experiment and mark a revision ready. Only an Owner will approve it or ask for changes.

Owner
Invites people, changes roles and connects Meta Ads. When publishing opens, Owners will approve launches, pauses and budget changes.
Member
Edits Experiment drafts and reads Meta results. When publishing opens, Members will mark revisions ready; they can’t approve them.
An approval covers one revision
When publishing opens, editing an approved draft will need a new approval.
Who changed what, and when
Experiments keep each revision’s author and time. Approvals will join that record.
